I’m Adri Krige
I grew up on a farm in the Steytlerville district, where horses and the wide-open Karoo shaped how I see the world. Photography taught me to look deeper—to remove distractions and recognise the truth held in a moment.
Today I create family and couple portraits along the Eastern Cape coast, from Jeffreys Bay and St Francis Bay to the Tsitsikamma, and still travel across South Africa to photograph horses.

I photograph families, couples and maternity sessions along the Kouga and Tsitsikamma coastline, from Jeffreys Bay to Oyster Bay. I am also available to travel throughout South Africa and internationally, for weddings, horses or any session that calls for it. Travel outside my free-travel area is charged at R6.50 per km within South Africa, and international travel is quoted on request. Questions about your photoshoot
How much does a family photoshoot in St Francis Bay cost?
A family session is R2,500, which includes 60 minutes at one location, one outfit and 25 edited high-resolution photographs. Because I live in St Francis Bay, there is no travel fee for sessions in St Francis Bay, Cape St Francis, Jeffreys Bay, Humansdorp, Oyster Bay or the Tsitsikamma. Couple, portrait and engagement sessions are R1,750, and maternity sessions are R1,750 for mom and dad, or R2,500 with your children included.
Where do the photoshoots take place?
I do not work from a studio. Sessions happen on location: on the beach, at your home or at a place that means something to you. I photograph families and couples along the coast from Jeffreys Bay and St Francis Bay to Cape St Francis, Humansdorp, Oyster Bay and the Tsitsikamma, and I am happy to travel throughout South Africa and internationally.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
You will receive a small preview on WhatsApp soon after your session. Your full set of edited photographs follows within 30 days, in a private online gallery where you can view and download them.
What should we wear for our photoshoot?
Wear something comfortable that lets you sit on the sand, walk by the water and pick up your little ones with ease. Choose two or three soft colours that work together, such as cream, sand and muted blue, rather than identical outfits, and avoid large logos and busy prints.
