What happens next
I answer every enquiry myself. There is no automated reply and no sales call — just a straightforward conversation about what you have in mind.
First I will confirm whether your date is open, and tell you honestly if it is not. If I am travelling that week I would rather say so than leave you waiting. Where I cannot help at all, I am glad to point you towards someone who can.
If the date works, we talk through the details that actually shape a session: the light at that time of year, where the sun sits on your yard or your stretch of beach, how many people or horses are coming, and what everyone will feel comfortable wearing. You do not need to arrive with a plan. Most people do not.
From there you receive everything in writing — the fee, what is included and when to expect your photographs — so that nothing is a surprise later. If you would rather see the numbers first, there are horse photography prices and family, couple and portrait session fees already published.

Before you enquire
How far in advance should I book?
Booking early is recommended, particularly for holiday periods and travel dates. If your date is close, please still ask as I may have availability.
Do you travel for equine photography?
Yes. I travel to private yards, farms and equestrian venues throughout South Africa. Travel requirements are discussed when planning your session.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
I monitor the weather carefully. If conditions are unsuitable, we will discuss the best alternative date.
Can you help us choose clothing and a location?
Yes. Once your session is confirmed, I can guide you with clothing, timing and location choices.
