Horses. Just Horses.

There’s a question I get asked all the time:
“Which horse breed is your favourite to photograph?”

And my answer is always simple:
Horse.

It might sound too simple, but for me, it’s the honest truth. I don’t choose favorites. I don’t look at a horse and see only its breed or bloodline. I see beauty. I see strength.  Whether I’m standing before a fiery Saddlebred, a gentle Friesian, a noble Arab, or a sturdy Boerperd — I feel the same deep sense of awe and respect.

I love horses.
I love photographing horses.
And I truly love being in their presence.

Each horse has a story. Each horse carries itself in a way that reflects its personality — and that’s what I’m passionate about capturing.

No Judgement, Just Joy

I have no judgment when it comes to different breeds, disciplines, or the ways riders choose to celebrate their horses. From show arenas to wide open veld, from fancy braided manes to windswept natural locks, I see only the connection between horse and human. That connection is what inspires me every time I lift my camera.
